The Selectors for this year’s Marshwood Arts Award and John Hubbard Prize are now in place and looking forward to receiving submissions to be considered for our October exhibition.
Entry submissions for the 2023 exhibition are now open. All information can be found by clicking the ‘Enter’ page on the website.
The categories for this year’s Awards are Painting & Drawing; Print Photography; Sculpture; Digital Media and Applied Arts (Applied Arts includes Furniture & Works in Wood, Ceramics and Glass, Fashion & Textiles, Jewellery, Metalwork and Decorative Arts).
Three artists/makers are chosen from each category to exhibit in a mixed exhibition at the Allsop Gallery in Bridport, opening in October 2023. Exhibition dates 14 October – 4 November 2023.

Print Photography: Don McCullin
Sculpture: Andrew Logan
Digital Media: Mike Kus
Applied Arts: Kate Malone
The final deadline for entries to be considered for this year’s exhibition is 11 August 2023.
